Sprockets are available in three basic styles:

• Sprockets (complete with centres)
• Sprocket Rims (ring style) and
• Segment Groups (sections of the Sprocket Rims)
• Sprockets are available in stock for ready replacement. Also we carry a large supply of sprocket rims to fit to any centres that have worn or broken teeth.

Segment Groups are favoured for the replacement of sprockets in the field as they can be changed without removing the Track Assembly. This is achieved by rotating the Track Assembly until each section of the sprocket (segment group) is clear of the chain link. It is then replaced and the process is repeated until all the segments have been replaced.
